Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.
Dispatch and delivery times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days. Orders are delivered by Australia Post. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–4 business days within NSW and 3–6 business days to other Australian states. Regional and remote areas may take longer. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order. Our standard flat rates are:
- Up to 0.25 kg: $10.00
- 0.25 kg – 0.5 kg: $11.50
- 0.5 kg – 1 kg: $15.00
- 1 kg – 3 kg: $20.00
- Over 3 kg: $25.00
Australia Post rates may also be offered at checkout. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
Free shipping
Orders containing 6 or more items qualify for free standard shipping, applied automatically at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Lost, damaged or delayed orders
If your order arrives damaged or hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact@madtea.com.au with your order number and we’ll help sort it out. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
