  • Mad Tea Pods are designed for Nespresso Original® machines and are compatible with most Original machines manufactured by Nespresso, Breville, De'Longhi, Sage. They are not compatible with Nespresso Vertuo® machines. Contact customer support for alternatives if needed.

Shipping & Returns

  • Spend $35, and we’ll handle the shipping.

  • If your tea pods arrive looking like they had a rough trip or didn’t show up at all, just snap a pic of the damage and send it our way. We’ll either send you a fresh batch or give you a full refund.

  • Standard shipping takes 4-8 business days but if you choose expedited, you’ll be steeping in 3-5 days.

Orders

  • Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel's journey. You can also check your order status anytime by clicking the link in your confirmation email or signing into your account.

  • You can manage your subscription in a few ways depending on how you placed your order:

    If you have a registered account: From our website menu click "Log in" or "Account" (if you have already logged in) and navigate to the "Subscription Management" page. From there you can pause, resume, cancel, or update your payment method at any time.

    If you checked out as a guest: Look for the "Manage your subscription" link in any of your subscription email notifications (such as your subscription confirmation or upcoming renewal reminder). Clicking that link will take you directly to your subscription management page.

    If you need any assistance, you can also contact us at contact@madtea.com.au. When contacting please include the name associated with your order, your order number (starting with #Mat), and a description of which Product or Products you’d like to cancel or pause, and, if requesting a pause, how long you'd like the subscription paused.
